I split my own wood.
I've spent 30 years in the service business world. I built a flooring company to $190K and hit a ceiling made of my own habits. I built the next business to $590K and hit another one. Today I help lead a 70-year-old family service company — and I coach owners so they break their ceilings faster than I broke mine.
